At MANITONE, we believe shipping should feel transparent, simple, and reliable. Every order is carefully processed and prepared before leaving our facility to ensure quality control and order accuracy.
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing times may extend slightly. If this happens, customers will be notified whenever possible.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment creation.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, MANITONE reserves the right to contact the customer for verification before shipping the order. This may cause delays.
Packages returned due to incorrect address details may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we recommend waiting a few additional business days as international logistics networks occasionally experience delays.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to find an appropriate solution.
MANITONE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
